1. Purpose
These Brand & Trademark Usage Guidelines (“Guidelines”) define how resellers, affiliates, and partners may reference, display, or promote the Digicounted brand.
They protect the integrity, consistency, and reputation of Digicounted LTD (“Digicounted,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) while allowing approved participants to use brand assets responsibly.
All users of Digicounted’s logos, names, or materials must follow these Guidelines strictly.
2. Ownership of the Brand
All trademarks, logos, designs, service names, and brand elements appearing on the Digicounted Platform are the intellectual property of Digicounted LTD, registered in England & Wales.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use these assets solely for authorised promotional purposes under this Agreement.
No ownership or transfer of rights is granted.
All goodwill arising from the use of our brand belongs exclusively to Digicounted LTD.
3. Approved Use
You may use Digicounted’s name and brand assets only to:
Promote genuine Digicounted products and services.
Identify yourself as an independent Digicounted Reseller or Affiliate Partner.
Display official logos or badges provided through the dashboard or media kit.
Usage is permitted in digital marketing materials, websites, presentations, and social media — provided it complies with these rules.
4. Prohibited Use
You must not:
Claim to be an employee, representative, or subsidiary of Digicounted LTD. Alter, stretch, recolour, or distort any Digicounted logo or icon.
Combine Digicounted branding with your own company name to create confusion.
Use Digicounted trademarks in your domain name, app name, or social-media handle (e.g., “@DigicountedUK” or “digicountedacademy.co”).
Suggest partnership, investment, or endorsement beyond your reseller relationship.
Use brand materials to promote unauthorised offers or unrelated services.
Any use that misleads users about your relationship with Digicounted is strictly prohibited.
5. Visual Standards
To maintain brand consistency, please observe the following rules:
Primary Colours:
Deep Blue: #1B1464
Green: #39B54A
White or light backgrounds are preferred for clarity.
Logo Usage:
Always maintain clear space around the logo equal to at least the height of the “D” in “Digicounted.” Do not apply filters, shadows, or animations.
Do not place the logo over backgrounds that reduce readability.
Typography:
When creating marketing materials, use clean, modern fonts that complement the Digicounted aesthetic (e.g., Poppins, Lato, or Inter). Avoid script or decorative fonts that alter perception of the brand.
6. Naming and Titles
You may describe yourself as one of the following:
“Independent Digicounted Reseller”
“Certified Digicounted Partner”
“Member of the Digicounted Network”
You must not use:
“Official Digicounted Representative”
“Authorised Distributor”
“In partnership with Digicounted LTD” (unless formally approved in writing).
7. Social Media and Advertising
When promoting Digicounted on social media or paid channels:
Clearly identify posts as your own promotions.
Include required disclaimers (e.g., “Independent Digicounted Reseller”).
Use approved ad copy or templates where possible.
Avoid claims of income, employment, or partnership status.
Posts must comply with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and CAP Code.
8. Content Creation and Modifications
If you create your own visuals, videos, or text content using Digicounted’s name or imagery:
Submit materials to the Digicounted team for optional review before public use (recommended for paid ads).
Ensure that facts, pricing, and features are current and accurate.
Remove or update materials promptly if Digicounted updates branding or product details.
9. Termination of Usage Rights
Your right to use the Digicounted brand automatically terminates if:
You leave or are removed from the reseller or affiliate programme.
You violate these Guidelines or any part of the Affiliate Agreement.
Digicounted withdraws authorisation for legal or compliance reasons.
Upon termination, you must immediately remove all Digicounted logos, visuals, and references from your materials and channels.
10. Enforcement
Misuse of the Digicounted brand may result in:
Termination of your reseller account.
Forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Legal action for trademark infringement or misrepresentation.
Digicounted reserves the right to request correction or removal of any non-compliant materials without prior notice.
11. Updates to These Guidelines
Digicounted may update these Guidelines to reflect changes in branding, regulation, or partnership structure. Updated versions take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform or in the reseller dashboard.
