Can I use Digicounted on mobile?

Yes. Although some building tasks are easier on a laptop.

Where do I access the lessons?

Inside your dashboard → go to “Membership” → “Courses”.

Do I need screenshots or video recordings?

Yes — this speeds up investigation and resolution.

Why must my name match my card and ID?

This is required for identity verification and security.
